determination method | a method for the determination of the content of baiqiumol in patchouli oil by gas chromatography. Using capillary column DB-5MS (30mm × 0.32, 0.25 μm), N-octaane as internal standard, hydrogen flame ionization detector for detection, internal standard method for quantification. Baiqiu plum alcohol content in the range of 0.2~2.0 mg/mL, baiqiu plum alcohol peak area and internal standard Peak area ratio and baiqiu plum alcohol concentration showed a good linear relationship, correlation coefficient r = 0.9997. The detection limit of the method was 1 μg/mL, the recovery rate was 90.0% ~ 100.6%, and the relative standard deviation was 1.22%(n = 6). The results show that the method is simple, rapid, accurate and reliable, and the precision is better than the external standard method. |
